What would I need to bring to the session?
Bring any questions or coaching requests; we will do our best to answer them all. You can also submit a question ahead of time. Just bring a notebook and a few reflections on how you’d like to show up as a leader in these final months. I’ll guide you through exercises that help you turn that vision into action.
Will there be a replay / recording available?
Yes! If you register but can’t attend live, you’ll receive access to the replay shortly after the session. I highly recommend joining live if you can—the energy and interaction make a big difference.
Where will the session take place, how do I join?
The session will take place virtually in a Zoom Webinar. After you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link and calendar invite. You’ll also get reminder emails leading up to the event so you won’t miss it.
Will the session be LIVE or recorded?
The session will be LIVE with Elisia! The recording will be sent afterwards to participants.
Who else will be in the session? Can I invite my team or colleagues?
Elisia will lead the session for any registered participants. You will not be able to see other participants in the session. And absolutely, invite others! Many leaders attend with peers or direct reports to align on communication and presence expectations. Simply share the registration link so they can sign up too.
